A unix-related bug fix release. Fixes a bug that prevented various windows to be registered as drop targets.

Added TEA 3.5 support for unix.

Supports drags/drops of text/files/custom types under windows, and drops of text/files under unix.  Under windows the drop of e-mail messages from Outlook and files from compressed folders is additionally supported. Also, under windows any typecan be dragged/dropped, where all data is transfered through byte array objects.
